Pre-Construction Soil Barrier Services
Establishing an impenetrable chemical barrier during construction is the single most effective way to protect your property from future termite damage.
Foundation Excavation & Trench Treatment
Before any masonry columns are built, subterranean termites can find channels through the soil. We treat the excavated foundation trenches at their lowest point, ensuring the soil layer beneath your building's footings is completely treated.
- Application: High-pressure chemical spraying on trench bed and sides.
- Chemicals: Imidacloprid 30.5% SC or Fipronil 2.92% SC.
- Compliance: Meets code IS 6313 (Part II) specifications.

Plinth Filling Horizontal Chemical Shield
The plinth filling stage is where the main floor slab is prepared. We spray termiticide over the entire compacted soil surface before the concrete layer (IPS/PCC) is poured. This forms a continuous horizontal barrier under the home, sealing off the interior carpet area.
- Application: Spraying over compacted earth backfill, including junction points.
- Key Benefit: Blocks termites from emerging through joints or plumbing entries.
- Warranty: Eligible for our 10-Year structural certificate.

External Perimeter Soil Treatment
After the structure is up and the external masonry is completed, termites can attempt to enter laterally from the outside garden or driveway soil. We create a continuous vertical barrier immediately surrounding the outer plinth wall.
- Method: Excavating a shallow trench, treating the soil, and backfilling.
- Coverage: The entire external wall perimeter of the structure.
- Benefit: Blocks perimeter entry and nesting in external gardens.
