Termite Reticulation Systems
The future of property protection. A built-in under-floor piping network that allows you to recharge chemical barriers for decades without drilling a single tile.
What is a Termite Reticulation System?
A termite reticulation system is a network of specially designed, high-durability perforated porous pipes laid under the concrete floor slab and along the external foundation perimeter before the final floor concrete is poured.
These pipes are connected to external junction boxes (recharging ports) installed in the outer walls. When a chemical recharge is due (every 3-5 years), our team simply injects the pesticide under high pressure into these junction boxes. The chemicals distribute uniformly through the pipe network directly into the soil beneath, refreshing the barrier without any damage to your interior structure.
Key Advantages:
- ⭐ Drill-Free Recharging: No drilling of expensive marble, tiles, or wooden floors.
- ⭐ Uniform Distribution: Advanced pressure pumping ensures even pesticide spread across all foundation zones.
- ⭐ Zero Odor/Disruption: Since chemicals are pumped under the slab from outside, there is absolutely no smell or disruption inside the house.
- ⭐ Lifetime Value: Increases property value and ensures lifetime structural safety.

How Reticulation Pipes are Laid
Our installation process is meticulously planned to sync with your concrete builder's schedule.
Soil Compaction
Once plinth filling soil is compacted, our team marks the pipe layout grid along the internal walls and around columns.
Laying Network
We lay premium, heavy-duty, UV-stabilized perforated pipes in a continuous loop grid. The piping layout ensures maximum soil contact.
Refill Ports Setup
We route pipe terminations to external wall points and install tamper-proof refill junction boxes with pressure-testing caps.
Pressure Testing
We perform pressure testing before floor concrete pouring to ensure there are no blockages or leakages in the piping loops.
Reticulation System FAQs
We use premium elastomeric polymer pipes that are highly resistant to soil acids, concrete elements, and pressure. These pipes are designed to last the lifetime of the structure (over 50 years).
We recommend recharging the pesticide chemical barrier every 3 to 5 years, depending on the moisture conditions and soil profiles around your Jaipur property. We keep tracking logs and send automatic reminders when a recharge is due.
The initial installation cost is slightly higher than standard plinth spraying due to piping materials and precision labor. However, it pays for itself during the very first chemical recharge, as it saves you from expensive floor drilling, tile replacement, and interior cleanup costs.
